Justin Murray

Director of Smooth IT, Justin Murray has had over 20 years of experience in the club industry and is passionate about clubs using technology to save costs, drive revenue and enhance the customer experience and engagement. 

Justin’s experience is vast in the implementation and support of enterprise software solutions in the Sports Leisure, Club and Hospitality industry nationally (point of sale, loyalty, accounting, membership and golf systems) as well as spending nearly 3 years as part of the management teams in one of the leading Queensland Clubs. Justin has performed the role of Chief Technology Officer at Carina Leagues Club in Brisbane focusing on driving technology innovation throughout the club operations including management of the gaming operation at the venue. More recently Justin has become the director of Smooth IT providing dedicated focus for its clients to drive existing technology, source and implement new technology and software solutions effectively and optimising gaming operations with loyalty, rewards and recognition strategies and data analytics services.

Aside from technology and gaming advisory services, Smooth IT provides online Induction and Training software that’s not only affordable for all sized clubs and businesses but scalable to large business in the corporate and government sectors giving it an enviable feature set compared to many learning management systems.
